Performance characteristics
(1) Ultra high dust removal efficiency
According to users such as Baosteel and Ansteel who are already using plastic fired plate dust collectors, in general, the exhaust dust concentration can be controlled below 5mg/m3. In high concentration dust removal systems, the dust removal efficiency reaches 99.999%.
(2) Long service life
Our company produces plastic fired boards that are suitable for different working conditions using different formulas and raw materials. There are acid resistant, alkali resistant, and anti-static types with a long service life. Baosteel has been in use for 13 years and has not been replaced yet, so it is still a mystery how many more years it can be used.
(3) The cleaning effect is good, the pressure is stable, and the equipment resistance is stable. Due to the deep treatment of the surface of the plastic fired board, the air diameter is small and uniform, very smooth, making it extremely difficult for dust to pass through and stay, and maintaining a very good cleaning effect. (4) The plastic fired board with strong moisture resistance adopts a special formula and has hydrophobicity. From practical usage, even in severe winter condensation, the water containing dust at the inlet can still be used normally when saturated with water.
(5) The space occupied by the small plastic fired plate dust collector is only 1/3-1/6 of that of the

(6) Easy installation and maintenance. Replacing the plastic fired plate is extremely convenient. Simply open the dust collector inspection door and tighten the two bolts that fix the plastic fired plate to complete the assembly of a filter plate. In daily production, there is almost no need for maintenance and upkeep.
