Product Description

Bag filter in power plants is a key dust removal equipment for power generation enterprises. Our factory has transformed the electrostatic precipitator into a bag filter, removed the power supply system of the electrostatic precipitator, and did not change the original structure of the electrostatic precipitator housing and inlet and outlet smoke boxes. We have reassembled the original electrostatic precipitator and reorganized the original three-layer porous airflow distribution plate into a dust pre separation device, solving the problems of unburned coal particles wearing out and burning filter bags. To achieve higher emission standards, zero leakage of the clean air chamber and no leakage of the bypass valve have been achieved. To prevent condensation caused by the shutdown of the dust collector, a disc lift cold air valve has been installed at the inlet of the dust collector, which solves the problem of smoke replacement inside the dust collector.

Working principle of bag filter in power plant

The bag filter in the power plant adopts a chamber positioning back blowing mechanism and an automatic tensioning device, with a simple structure and reliable operation. When cleaning the filter bag, the dynamic cleaning principle is changed by the back blowing airflow, which achieves static cleaning and improves the service life of the filter bag. Due to the low power consumption of the compartment positioning system, it only relies on the pressure difference between the outlet of the induced draft fan and the clean air chamber of the dust collector to purify the flue gas and blow back ash, and has achieved success.
