Yaoxian Bag Dust Collector is a dry dust collector. Suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven fabric or non-woven felt, and the dust containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, the large and heavy particles fall due to gravity and enter the ash hopper. The fine dust in the gas is blocked by the filter material to purify the gas.

When the dust-containing gas enters the ash bucket through the intake pipe at the lower part of the dust collector, the coarse dust will fall into the ash bucket due to the collision of the baffle and the reduction of the gas speed, and the rest of the fine dust particles will enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. Due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hook, static electricity and other effects of the filter material fiber and fabric, the dust is blocked in the filter bag, and the purified gas escapes from the filter bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The ash accumulated on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing method, and the cleaned dust is discharged to the ash hopper through the double-layer ash discharge valve. The ash accumulation on the filter bag can also be removed by the method of jet pulse air flow, so as to achieve the purpose of ash removal, and the dust after cleaning is discharged by the ash removal device.
