The system is equipped with special enhanced heat exchange equipment, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor heat exchange and combustion effect of waste caused by insufficient contact between air and waste in traditional rotary kiln. At the same time, the system also has the function of preventing slagging in the furnace, and is an ideal product for harmless treatment of waste in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, industrial and mining, solid and hazardous waste disposal centers.

The rotary kiln incineration of hazardous waste is based on the traditional rotary Kiln Incinerator, which is widely used in the international industrial waste treatment field, and its market share in the industrial waste incineration field is about 85%. It is also the recommended incinerator type in the national industrial waste treatment technical policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration, and can treat solid and liquid wastes at the same time

⑥ A heat conduction crushing device innovatively made by our company is added in the rotary kiln, so that the materials in the kiln can be heated evenly without caking, which improves the heat utilization rate and plays a role in crushing;
