Working principle of explosion-proof dust collector

Under the action of the fan, the dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, and the airflow turns downwards to impact the water surface. The gas passes through the high-efficiency Venturi tube at a fast speed, causing a large amount of water spray and fully contacting the liquid and gas. The vast majority of dust particles mix into the water, allowing the dust containing gas to be fully purified. The purified gas is intercepted by a mist baffle and discharged, while the mud is regularly discharged through a sewage outlet. New water is replenished by the water supply pipeline, and the water level inside the equipment is controlled by an overflow tank.
