Rotary Kiln incineration is an incineration equipment independently developed by our company based on traditional rotary kiln incinerators, which has achieved good results in enhancing heat transfer and combustion. The system is equipped with dedicated enhanced heat exchange equipment, which overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient contact between air and waste in traditional rotary kilns, resulting in poor waste heat exchange and combustion efficiency. At the same time, the system also has the function of preventing slagging in the furnace, making it an ideal product for the harmless treatment of waste in units such as pharmaceutical and chemical, industrial and mining, solid, and hazardous waste disposal centers.

Advantages of hazardous waste rotary kiln incineration
① The feeding elasticity is large, and it can accept various solid, liquid, colloidal, and gaseous wastes, with strong adaptability to incineration materials;
② Burning materials are agitated and advanced, with three heat transfer methods coexisting in one furnace, resulting in high heat utilization efficiency;
③ Continuous ash discharge does not affect the progress of incineration;
④ The transmission speed of the variable frequency regulating furnace body can control the residence time of materials;
⑤ The residence time of up to 1 hour and the high temperature of 800 ℃ in the rotary kiln basically burn out the hazardous waste; The temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is controlled at the high temperature (1100 ℃) required for the decomposition of harmful components in the flue gas, and it is ensured that the flue gas stays in the high temperature zone for more than 2 seconds, so that the harmful components are completely decomposed and the conditions for the production of dioxins are avoided from the source;
