Rural household waste incinerator

The Household Waste Incinerator employs advanced high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, which is in strict accordance with the 3T+E (Temperature, Time, Turbulence, and Excess Air) design principle. The entire operational system operates under a negative pressure environment. The temperature of the primary combustion chamber is maintained above 550 °C, at which point the combustion engine will execute an automatic shutdown procedure. When the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber ascends above 850 °C, the combustion engine also shuts down automatically in a fail-safe mode. Notably, the entire incineration process does not require supplementary fuel for combustion augmentation, thereby effectively economizing on operating expenditures. The system is hermetically sealed, precluding any leakage of flue gas. The temperature of the combustion chamber is stably regulated within the range of 850-1200 °C, and the residence time of the flue gas is no less than 2 seconds. This comprehensive set of conditions enables the full decomposition of Class II hazardous substances, ensuring that the emission standards are met.

The household waste incinerator consists of four major systems: waste pre-treatment system, incineration system, smoke biochemical dust removal system, and gas generator (auxiliary ignition incineration). The household waste incinerator integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash cleaning, dust removal, and automation control. The municipal solid waste incinerator adopts high-tech measures such as high-temperature combustion, secondary oxygenation, and automatic slag discharge to meet the monitoring requirements for pollutant discharge.
